Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and improve existing computer systems. Work in an Agile/Serum Software Development Lifecycle, review product enhancements and create technical designs with Object-Oriented Design using UML. Confer with personnel involved in analyzing current operational procedures and identify problems. Analyze reported bugs and issues, reproduce the issue in the Microsoft Azure development environment, identify and implement the fix in the development branch and shepherd the fix through the release cycle. Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and perform steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Document architecture design changes and technical designs in Visio/Word and peer review changes with architects and team members. Implement enhancements/changes using the Microsoft stack (.Net Framework, Visual Studio, SQL, ASP.Net, Microsoft Azure Batch Account, Azure App Services, Azure Automation, WCF, Web API, MVC, SSIS, IoC containers, NHibemate and Enterprise Library). Review computer system capabilities and workflow while studying existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve productivity. Develop custom utilities to support management of the AxisAI product. The utilities manage production deployments, monitor system status, and provide reporting capabilities. Combine system support skills to analyze and assist in developing customize software for various industries. Develop custom API integrations and system configurations for industry vertical clients (healthcare, insurance, mortgage, oil and gas, finance, etc.). Tune the AxisAI modeling to support industry specific forms and documents. Develop prototypes on relational database management systems. Develop SQL database tables/stored procedures/triggers/views and provide peer review of changes by other developers as needed.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field plus 2 years of experience. Requires 2 years experience with the following: Microsoft .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, Web API and WCF); Object- relational mapping with NHibernate; Relational Database and Business Intelligence design and implementations; Software Architecture planning, design, and implementation for large enterprise systems; Web technologies for web and cloud-based systems (HTML 5, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, ExtJS and ExtNet); Source control with Microsoft TFS, Git and SVN. Requires 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure platform.
